About The Position

As a part-time Seasonal Stylist, you help bring the Kendra Scott brand to life during busy times of year. You provide “WOW” service to every guest and aim to make a difference in their day. As a representative of the organization, you share its inspired designs, purpose-driven brand, and culture in a positive way.

The role involves connecting with guests, educating them about products and personal style, recommending products suited to their needs, and supporting store performance. Stylists may flex between the Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations, assist with resolving guest concerns, and support teammates in creating positive guest experiences.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Enjoy interacting with people and bring energy to the role.
• Availability when guests shop, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for Kendra Scott’s Core Pillars of Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy.
• Interest in fashion and keeping up with trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide “WOW” service and make a difference in each guest’s day.
• Build relationships with guests and maintain a customer-centric mindset.
• Work toward goals and help grow guest connections, the brand footprint, and store performance.
• Follow Kendra Scott policies and procedures.
• Educate guests about product details and personal style, and suggest products suited to their needs.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations as needed.
• Proactively help resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Support teammates in providing positive guest experiences, including behind the scenes.
