Seasonal Retail Stylist

About The Position

As a part-time Seasonal Stylist, you help bring the Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott brand to life during busy times of year. You provide exceptional service to every guest, represent the brand and Kendra Scott culture positively, and help make a difference in each guest’s day. The role involves building guest relationships, supporting store performance, educating guests about products, suggesting styles that meet their needs, and flexing between the Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations as needed.

Requirements

Must be over the age of 18.
Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

Build guest relationships with a customer-centric mindset and help create a lasting positive impression of the brand.
Set goals and work to achieve them, building guest connections to grow the brand footprint and store performance.
Follow Kendra Scott policies and procedures.
Educate guests about product details and suggest products and styles that fit their needs.
Flex between the Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations as needed.
Proactively help resolve guest concerns and ensure a positive experience.
Support teammates in providing exceptional guest experiences, including behind-the-scenes work.
