About The Position

As a part-time Seasonal Stylist, you help bring the Kendra Scott brand to life during busy seasons. You provide outstanding service to every guest, represent the organization and its culture positively, and share your enthusiasm for the brand’s designs and purpose. The role involves working across Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations as business needs require.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with guests and provide customer-centric service.
• Set goals and work to achieve them, building guest connections to support brand growth and store performance.
• Follow Kendra Scott policies and procedures.
• Educate guests about product details and suggest products that fit their needs and personal style.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations as needed.
• Proactively address guest concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Support the team in providing outstanding guest experiences, including behind-the-scenes work.
