Seasonal Retail Stylist

About The Position

As a part-time Seasonal Stylist, you help bring the Kendra Scott brand to life during busy seasons. You provide memorable “WOW” service to every guest and represent the company’s culture positively. You share the brand’s inspired designs and purpose-driven identity while helping guests find products suited to their needs. The role may involve working across the sales floor, Colorbar, events, and operations as business needs require.

Requirements

Must be over the age of 18.
Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with guests and provide customer-focused service.
Work toward goals and contribute to guest connections, brand growth, and store performance.
Follow Kendra Scott policies and procedures.
Educate guests about product details and make product suggestions suited to their needs and personal style.
Flex between the sales floor, Colorbar, events, and operations as needed.
Proactively address guest concerns and help ensure a positive experience.
Support teammates in providing excellent guest experiences, including behind-the-scenes work.
