About The Position

As a part-time Seasonal Stylist, you help bring the Kendra Scott brand to life during busy seasonal periods. You provide memorable service to every guest, represent the brand and its purpose-driven culture positively, and help guests find products and styles that suit their needs. The role may involve working across the Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Passion for fashion and keeping up with trends.
• Passion for Kendra Scott’s Core Pillars of Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy.
• Enjoyment of interacting with people and bringing energy to the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, customer-focused service and build guest relationships.
• Work toward goals that support guest connections, brand growth, and store performance.
• Follow Kendra Scott policies and procedures.
• Educate guests about product details and suggest products suited to their needs and personal style.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations as needed.
• Proactively address guest concerns and help ensure a positive experience.
• Support teammates in delivering excellent guest experiences, including behind-the-scenes work.
