About The Position

As a part-time Seasonal Stylist, you help bring the Kendra Scott brand to life during key times of year. You provide memorable, “WOW” service to every guest and represent the company’s culture in a positive and distinctive way. You share enthusiasm for the brand’s designs and purpose, and help guests find products that fit their needs and personal style.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least six hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and provide customer-centered service that supports the brand.
• Set goals and work to achieve them, building guest connections to support brand growth and store performance.
• Follow Kendra Scott policies and procedures.
• Educate guests about product details and make product suggestions suited to their needs and personal style.
• Flex between the salesfloor, Colorbar, events, and operations as needed.
• Proactively address guest concerns to help ensure a positive experience.
• Support teammates in providing excellent guest experiences, including behind the scenes.
