About The Position

As a part-time Seasonal Stylist, you help bring the Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott brand to life during some of the most incredible times of year. Your goal is to provide WOW service to every guest by making a difference in their day. You are the face of the organization and represent the Kendra Scott culture uniquely and positively, while sharing enthusiasm for its inspired designs and purpose-driven brand.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Build guest relationships with a customer-centric mindset and help create a lasting positive impact on the brand.
• Set goals and work to achieve them, building guest connections to grow the brand footprint and store performance.
• Follow Kendra Scott policies and procedures.
• Educate guests about product details and personal style, and suggest products that meet their needs.
• Flex between the sales floor, Colorbar, events, and operations as needed.
• Proactively address concerns and help ensure each guest has a positive experience.
• Support the team, including behind-the-scenes work, to provide WOW experiences for guests.
