About The Position

The Seasonal Retail Stock role supports store logistics and inventory operations while helping provide outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities include receiving and processing merchandise, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, using inventory management systems, maintaining organized sales floors and stockrooms, and providing general store support. The position requires continuous movement and frequent handling and lifting of merchandise.

Meet the physical requirements of continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, reaching, and use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting items above the head.
Regularly lift items up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Receive and unload freight, unpack merchandise, and deliver newly arrived items to selling departments.
Fulfill customer orders promptly and according to quality standards.
Prepare and ship customer orders in accordance with quality, packing, and shipping standards.
Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments according to inventory control processes.
Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
