About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. On the sales floor and in fitting rooms, you use warmth, product knowledge, and a personal approach to build trust, meet sales goals, and encourage customer loyalty. You also help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for each day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and popular items, and staying current on trends and promotions. They welcome customers, build relationships through friendly conversations, and maintain a shoppable space by merchandising merchandise, processing damages, testers and selected merchandise for return to vendors, updating signs and prices, and supporting merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and provide a sincere farewell. Teamwork, continuous improvement, and achieving individual and store results are also important aspects of the role. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
