About The Position

The Seasonal Retail Stock & Fulfillment role supports store logistics and customer fulfillment while helping maintain organized selling floors and stockrooms. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences. The position includes receiving and delivering merchandise, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, using inventory management systems, and providing general support to the store.

Meet the physical requirements, including continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift; frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching; frequent hand use for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling; and handling and lifting merchandise, including bulky items.

Responsibilities

Receive and unload freight, unpack merchandise, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner while following quality standards.
Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
