About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to help create enjoyable experiences for families at a Santa photo set at Towson Town Center. The role supports the team, welcomes guests, assists with photos, and helps keep daily operations running smoothly. The Team Lead brings warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift and helps deliver memorable holiday experiences.

Responsibilities include opening and closing the assigned venue, reinforcing policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager, troubleshooting technical issues, and escalating issues to IT or local management when needed. The role may also assist with training or recruiting, take photos, provide souvenirs, operate a point-of-sale system and photography equipment, maintain a safe and clean environment, and perform other assigned tasks. Photography experience is not required.

The position requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills, and flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods. Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other assigned tasks.
