About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, make personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. Working on the sales floor or in fitting rooms, you use warmth, product knowledge, and effective selling behaviors to build trust, achieve sales goals, and inspire customer loyalty. You also help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues start the day by preparing the sales floor, reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and greeting teammates. Throughout the day, they engage customers in friendly, personal conversations; maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages, testers, and selected vendor returns; update signs and pricing; and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, make sure customers have what they need, and provide a sincere, personal farewell. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
