About The Position

BYLT Premium Basics is hiring a Retail Stylist to serve as a customer-service-oriented product expert and brand ambassador. The role involves educating and informing customers about products, helping them find outfits for any occasion, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. This is a temporary position anticipated to conclude on or around January 2, 2027.

The Retail Stylist works in the retail department and reports to the Store Manager. The role includes engaging with customers, driving sales, maintaining the sales floor, processing transactions, assisting with inventory, and performing other assigned duties. The position requires frequent interaction with customers and teammates, and the ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of retail experience.
• Cash-handling skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the sales floor to provide a positive customer experience.
• Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
• Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor by folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to BYLT guidelines.
• Notify clientele about current promotions and future merchandise that may interest them.
• Respond to customer questions and handle customer interactions or concerns courteously and professionally.
• Process payments using cash, gift cards, store credit, and other credit or debit cards.
• Alert management to potential security issues.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
