About The Position

The Retail Stock role supports store logistics and inventory operations while contributing to outstanding customer experiences. The position receives and processes merchandise, fulfills and ships customer orders, uses inventory management systems, and helps keep selling floors and stockrooms organized. It also provides general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating fixtures. The position may be seasonal or regular.

Be able to move continuously for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
Frequently use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting items above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds; frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Receive and unload freight, unpack merchandise, and deliver new arrivals to selling departments.
Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner while following quality standards.
Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
