Seasonal Retail Fragrances Sales Associate, Roosevelt
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you will help create a warm, inviting experience in the fragrance department by maintaining a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space and supporting the sales team on the floor and behind the scenes. You will prepare products, restock displays, assist with transactions, anticipate team needs, and help keep the department shop-ready during the busy season. The role suits flexible team players who can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Colleagues help prepare the sales floor, review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay informed about trends and promotions. They welcome customers, build friendly personal conversations, and support customer relationships. They maintain merchandise and displays, process damages, testers, and selected merchandise for return to vendors, update signs and pricing, and assist with merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and provide a sincere closing interaction. Colleagues support one another, work toward sales goals, and learn and improve to contribute to individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Comfort communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to meet daily sales goal challenges.
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.

- Ability to talk, lift, move constantly, stand, and reach with arms and hands.
- Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 pounds.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach, including above eye level.
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
