As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-oriented selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You understand customer needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect customers with appropriate products and services on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. You use product knowledge and customer engagement to meet sales goals, build trust, and encourage loyalty. You also help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and popular items, and staying current on trends and promotions. Throughout the day, they welcome customers, build friendly relationships, maintain a shoppable sales floor, merchandise new receipts, process damages, testers, and selected returns to vendors, update signs and pricing, and assist with merchandise moves. They share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. The position requires flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as dependable attendance and punctuality.
