About The Position
The Seasonal Retail Fulfillment role supports store logistics and fulfillment while providing outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities include receiving and processing merchandise, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, keeping selling floors and stockrooms organized, and providing general support to store operations. The role requires frequent movement and handling of merchandise, including lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds on occasion. The position pays $17.10–$17.80 per hour, depending on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. It may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses.
Requirements

- Ability to remain in continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
- Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting items above the head.
- Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds, and to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
- Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner while following quality standards.
- Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
- Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
- Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, processing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
