About The Position

The Assistant Manager - Fulfillment supports and leads fulfillment best practices, using systems and tools to manage playbooks, improve efficiency, and drive sales. The role builds relationships with merchandising and store teams to lead and integrate change that promotes customer-driven initiatives, identifies issues and opportunities, supports store financial activities and budgets, and champions continuous improvement. The Assistant Manager partners with team members to support productivity and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is intended for someone with the ambition to grow as a leader and pursue future opportunities as a Department Manager.
