About The Position

The Assistant Fulfillment Manager supports and leads fulfillment best practices, using systems and tools to manage playbooks, improve efficiency, and drive sales. The role partners with merchandising and store teams to implement customer-driven initiatives and change, identifies issues and opportunities to create a competitive advantage, and assists with store financial matters and budgets. The position champions continuous improvement and works with team members to support productivity and deliver an exceptional customer experience. It is suited to someone who is ambitious to grow as a leader and pursue future Department Manager opportunities.
