About The Position

The Seasonal Retail Fulfillment role supports store operations by fulfilling, preparing, and shipping customer orders to quality standards. The position uses inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in line with inventory control processes. It also helps keep selling floors and stockrooms clean and organized and provides general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences.

Be able to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Meet physical requirements that include continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift; frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, reaching, and hand use for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling; handling bulky or awkward items, including reaching above the head; regularly lifting up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
