About The Position

The Seasonal Retail Stock role supports store logistics and customer experience by receiving and processing merchandise, fulfilling customer orders, maintaining organized selling and stock areas, and providing general support to store operations. Shifts may start as early as 3 a.m. The position requires a flexible schedule based on business needs and involves frequent movement and physical handling of merchandise.

Be able to move continuously for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
Frequently use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting items above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Receive and unload freight, unpack newly arrived merchandise, and deliver it to selling departments.
Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner while following quality standards.
Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, marking down merchandise, and relocating store fixtures.
