About The Position
The Retail Fulfillment role supports store operations by fulfilling customer orders and preparing merchandise for shipment, while maintaining organized selling floors and stockrooms. The position also provides general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences. This is a seasonal position at The Shops at Mission Viejo. The listed hourly pay range is $18.85–$19.65. Pay offers depend on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses. Benefits and eligibility may depend on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
Requirements

- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
- Ability to move continuously for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
- Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting items above the head.
- Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner while following quality standards.
- Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
- Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
- Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
- Provide general store support, such as setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
