Seasonal Retail Fragrances Sales Associate, Wenatchee Valley
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you help create a warm, inviting experience in Macy’s fragrance department. You maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team on the floor and behind the scenes. Tasks include preparing products, restocking displays, and assisting with transactions. The role combines customer service and operational support, requiring team members to anticipate needs, keep the department shop-ready, and help create positive customer experiences during the busy season. The position typically involves 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.

- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Ability to frequently use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Help keep the sales floor clean, organized, and prepared for customers.
- Review sales goals and stay informed about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions.
- Welcome customers and create friendly, personal conversations that build customer relationships.
- Maintain a shoppable department by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and testers, and selecting merchandise to return to vendors.
- Update signs and pricing and support merchandise moves as needed.
- Assist with transactions and share the benefits of the Loyalty program.
- Ensure customers have what they need and thank them sincerely at the end of their visit.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support the team with honesty, care, and cooperation.
- Work toward sales goals, improve performance, and contribute to individual and store results.
