Seasonal Retail Fragrances Sales Associate, Valley View Mall
About The Position
The Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague helps create a warm, inviting experience in the fragrance department by keeping the space beautifully merchandised, fully stocked, and ready for customers. The role supports the sales team both behind the scenes and on the floor through product preparation, display replenishment, and transaction assistance. It combines customer service and operational support during the busy seasonal period, requiring flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Colleagues welcome customers, build friendly relationships, share product and promotion information, and support sales goals. They maintain a shoppable department by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and testers, selecting merchandise for vendor returns, updating signs and prices, and supporting merchandise moves. They also share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver strong individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Help maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked, and customer-ready sales floor.
- Review sales goals and stay informed about new arrivals, top-selling products, trends, and promotions.
- Welcome customers, engage them in friendly conversations, and build customer relationships.
- Merchandise new receipts and maintain a shoppable fragrance department.
- Process damages and testers and select merchandise to return to vendors.
- Update signs and pricing and support merchandise moves.
- Share loyalty program benefits, assist customers with their needs, and thank them for their visit.
- Support teammates through honest, caring collaboration and work toward sales and store results.
