About The Position

As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you will help create a warm, inviting experience in the fragrance department. You will maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the sales floor. Tasks include preparing products, restocking displays, and assisting with transactions. This role combines customer service and operational support, requiring you to anticipate team needs, keep the department ready for customers, and help create memorable experiences during the busy season. Colleagues are typically scheduled 10–20 hours per week; actual hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. Colleagues help keep the sales floor clean, organized, and customer-ready; stay informed about sales goals, new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions; and engage customers with friendly, personal service. They maintain merchandise displays, process damages and testers, prepare select merchandise for vendor returns, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They also share loyalty program benefits, help customers complete their shopping, and collaborate with teammates to achieve individual and store results. The position involves frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and a cash register, to perform job functions and process transactions. Requirements
