About The Position

As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you will help create a warm, inviting experience in the fragrance department. You will maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor. Tasks include preparing products, restocking displays, and assisting with transactions. Your attention to detail and hospitality help ensure every guest feels cared for. This role combines service and support, anticipating team needs, keeping the space ready for customers, and helping create memorable moments during the busy season. The position calls for flexible team players who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Colleagues help keep the sales floor clean, organized, and prepared; stay informed about new arrivals, popular items, trends, and promotions; and engage customers with a warm welcome and personal conversations. They maintain a shoppable department by merchandising new receipts, processing damages, testers, and selected merchandise for vendor return, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. They share loyalty-program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and provide a sincere farewell. Colleagues support one another through honesty, care, and collaboration, while working to improve, achieve sales goals, and contribute to individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.

Requirements

Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.

Responsibilities

Help maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked, and shoppable fragrance sales area.
Prepare products and restock displays while supporting the sales team on the floor and behind the scenes.
Welcome customers and engage them in friendly, personal conversations; help build customer relationships.
Stay informed about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions to engage, educate, and sell confidently.
Merchandise new receipts and support merchandise moves.
Process damages, testers, and selected merchandise for return to vendors.
Update signs and pricing.
Assist with customer transactions using register equipment.
Share loyalty-program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and provide a sincere thank-you.
Collaborate with colleagues and work toward sales goals and individual and store results.
