About The Position

As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you help create a warm, inviting experience in the fragrance department. You maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor. Tasks include preparing products, restocking displays, and assisting with transactions. This role combines service and support by anticipating team needs, keeping the space shop-ready, and helping create positive customer experiences during the busy season. Colleagues work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and may work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Colleagues prepare the sales floor for customers, review sales goals, and learn about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions. They welcome customers and build relationships through friendly, personal conversations. They maintain the selling space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and testers, selecting merchandise for return to vendors, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and provide a sincere thank-you. Team members support one another through honesty, care, and collaboration, and work to improve, achieve sales goals, and contribute to individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.

Requirements

Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
Effectively understand and communicate with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
Read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.

Ability to talk, lift, move constantly, stand, and reach with arms and hands.
Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 pounds.
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach, including above eye level.
Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
