Seasonal Retail Fragrances Sales Associate, West Acres
About The Position
The Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague helps create a warm, inviting experience in the fragrance department by maintaining a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked, shop-ready space and supporting the sales team on the floor and behind the scenes. Duties include preparing products, restocking displays, assisting with transactions, and anticipating team needs. The role requires flexibility, the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and availability for varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Colleagues welcome customers, build friendly relationships, stay informed about sales goals, new arrivals, popular products, trends, and promotions, and assist customers with confidence. They maintain merchandise presentation by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and testers, selecting merchandise for return to vendors, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. They also share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and provide a sincere, personalized farewell. Team members collaborate with honesty and care, pursue sales goals, and continually learn and improve.
Requirements
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Comfort communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to meet daily sales goal challenges.

- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked, and shop-ready fragrance sales floor.
- Welcome customers, create personal conversations, and build customer relationships.
- Review sales goals and stay informed about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions.
- Merchandise new receipts, process damages and testers, select merchandise for vendor returns, update signs and pricing, and assist with merchandise moves.
- Assist with transactions and support the sales team on the floor and behind the scenes.
- Share loyalty program benefits and ensure customers have what they need before offering a sincere thank-you.
- Collaborate with colleagues and work toward sales and store goals.
