About The Position
The Seasonal Produce Merchandiser builds and maintains attractive produce displays that promote products, draw customers, and help the department meet sales and profit goals. The role also includes preparing, packaging, and labeling products for display and removing expired or damaged products while maintaining proper rotation of perishable food items. The position requires frequent walking, squatting, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be at least 18 years old. This is an entry-level position; no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Take product inventory to determine the quantity needed for displays.
- Remove expired or damaged products from displays.
- Maintain proper rotation of perishable food items.
- Ensure proper signage is posted and visible.
- Adhere to health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and help them feel welcome and appreciated.
- Collaborate with team members and offer assistance and support as needed.
- Help improve and maintain store efficiency.
- Represent the store and its S.T.E.W. values positively in interactions with customers and team members.
