About The Position

Seasonal hourly position focused on building and maintaining attractive produce displays that promote products, attract customers, and support department sales and profit goals. The role also includes preparing, packaging, and labeling products for display, removing expired or damaged items, and maintaining proper rotation of perishable food. The position is entry-level and requires no prior experience. Candidates must be at least 18 years old. The estimated pay range is $18.25 to $21.38 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

The job requires frequent walking, squatting, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Team members are expected to provide friendly customer service, collaborate with coworkers, support store operations, and represent the store’s S.T.E.W. values. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Take product inventory to determine the quantity needed for displays.
• Remove expired or damaged products from displays.
• Maintain proper rotation of perishable food items.
• Ensure proper signage is posted and visible.
• Adhere to health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
• Prepare, package, and label products for display.
• Greet customers with a friendly smile and positive attitude.
• Collaborate with team members and offer assistance and support where needed.
• Help improve and maintain store efficiency.
• Represent the store’s S.T.E.W. values in interactions with customers and team members.
