About The Position

The Seasonal Parking Ambassador is the first point of contact for guests arriving at Christmas at the Princess. The role welcomes guests, directs vehicles through parking areas, and helps ensure a safe, organized, and hospitable arrival and departure experience. The position is seasonal, running from November 2 through January 10. Employees must be available for shifts beginning at 4 p.m., work at least three days per week, and be available evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role reports to the Resort Experience Manager.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest warmly upon arrival.
• Direct vehicles safely and efficiently to designated parking areas.
• Scan parking tickets and assist with parking purchases.
• Assist with traffic flow and help prevent congestion.
• Guide drivers using hand signals, radios, or signage.
• Provide information about event entrances and ADA access.
• Monitor and enforce parking guidelines, maintaining safe pedestrian and vehicle zones.
• Respond professionally to guest inquiries or complaints.
• Remain visible, attentive, and guest-focused throughout the shift.
