About The Position

The Seasonal Parking Ambassador is the first point of contact for guests arriving at Christmas at the Princess. The role welcomes guests, guides them through parking zones, and helps ensure a safe, organized, hospitable arrival and departure experience during the seasonal event. The position runs from November 2 through January 10. Staff must be available for shifts beginning at 4 p.m. and work at least three days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
• Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team.
• Ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Availability for the seasonal period from November 2 through January 10.
• Availability for shifts beginning at 4 p.m., at least three days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest warmly upon arrival.
• Direct vehicles safely and efficiently to designated parking areas.
• Scan parking tickets and assist with parking purchases.
• Assist with traffic flow and prevent congestion.
• Guide drivers using clear communication, including hand signals, radios, or signage.
• Provide information about event entrances and ADA access.
• Monitor and enforce parking guidelines and maintain safe pedestrian and vehicle zones.
• Respond professionally to guest inquiries or complaints.
• Remain visible, attentive, and guest-focused throughout the shift.
