About The Position

The Barback supports Christmas at the Princess by helping provide professional, friendly, and engaging service and ensuring beverage service areas are properly set up. This is a seasonal position running from November 2 through January 10. The role requires availability for shifts beginning at 4 p.m., at least three days per week, and evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak event periods. The position reports to the Director of Christmas at the Princess Operations.

Requirements

• Arizona Liquor Server Certification.
• Arizona Food Handlers Certification.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
• Availability for the seasonal period from November 2 through January 10.
• Availability for shifts beginning at 4 p.m. and at least three days per week.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak event periods.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Maintain precise knowledge of event activities and experience inclusions.
• Ensure proper setup of all side stations in the outlet.
• Know beverage lists and promotions.
• Know menu items, contents, and preparation methods.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
