About The Position

The Lead Supervisor oversees the daily operations of Fairmont Scottsdale Princess’s annual Christmas event, helping create a safe, festive, and memorable experience for more than 250,000 guests. This management role provides leadership and direction to staff and coordinates event operations to support exceptional guest service, safety, and operational excellence. The seasonal position runs from November 2 through January 10. The role reports to the Director of Christmas at the Princess Operations and requires availability for shifts beginning at 4 p.m., at least three days per week, and evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Fluency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and POS.
• Demonstrated success in talent development and management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster a guest-experience-focused culture.
• Availability for varied weekly shifts, including weekend, closing, and peak shifts.
• Available for the seasonal dates of November 2 through January 10.
• Available for shifts beginning at 4 p.m. and at least three days per week.
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
