About The Position

The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is hiring Seasonal Event Staff for Christmas at the Princess. Team members help create memorable holiday experiences by welcoming guests, providing helpful and engaging service, and supporting event activities. This is a seasonal position running from November 2 through January 10. Staff must be available for shifts beginning at 4 p.m. and work at least three days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role reports to the Director of Resort Experience.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Available for the seasonal dates of November 2 through January 10.
• Available for shifts beginning at 4 p.m. and able to work at least three days per week.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team.
• Ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests’ needs and create memorable experiences.
• Offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service.
• Maintain precise knowledge of event activities and experience inclusions.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Represent the resort in accordance with Five Diamond standards.
• Provide guests with helpful and informative directions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
