About The Position

The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking friendly, energetic seasonal event staff to welcome guests and help create memorable experiences at Christmas at the Princess. This position runs from November 2nd through January 10th and requires availability for shifts beginning at 4 p.m., at least three days per week, and evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role reports to the Director of Resort Experience.

Requirements

• Available for the seasonal period from November 2nd through January 10th.
• Available for shifts beginning at 4 p.m. and at least three days per week.

• Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team.
• Ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests’ needs and create memorable experiences.
• Provide professional, friendly, engaging service and greetings.
• Maintain precise knowledge of event activities and experience inclusions.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Represent the resort’s Five Diamond standards.
• Assist guests with directions in an informative and helpful way.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
