About The Position

The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a Lead Supervisor for its seasonal Christmas at the Princess event, which welcomes more than 250,000 guests. The Lead Supervisor oversees daily event operations and provides leadership and direction to staff, helping ensure guest service, safety, and operational excellence. The role coordinates event operations to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience.

This seasonal position runs from November 2 through January 10. The role requires availability for shifts beginning at 4 p.m., at least three days per week, and evenings, weekends, holidays, closing shifts, and peak shifts.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Fluency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and POS.
• Demonstrated success in talent development and management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster a guest-experience-focused culture.
• Availability for varied weekly shifts, including weekend, closing, and peak shifts.
• Available to work shifts beginning at 4 p.m. and at least three days per week.
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays during the seasonal position dates.
