About The Position

As a Shift Lead, you’ll help create excellent experiences on Santa photo sets by supporting the team, welcoming families, assisting with photos, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. The role brings warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift while helping create a joyful holiday experience guests will remember.

The Shift Lead helps lead daily operations at the assigned venue, supports team members, handles guest service and photography, and helps maintain a safe, clean, and effective photo operation. Photography experience is not required. Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Be a team player who can also work independently.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be flexible to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to process sales transactions and be comfortable with cash handling.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or Local Management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
