Seasonal Retail Fragrances Sales Associate, Galleria at Crystal Run
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you will help create a warm, inviting experience in Macy’s fragrance department. You will maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team both behind the scenes and on the floor. Tasks include preparing products, restocking displays, and assisting with transactions. The role combines customer service and sales support, requiring flexibility, attention to detail, hospitality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment during the busy season. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. The role may include various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Colleagues help keep the sales floor clean, organized, and ready for customers; review sales goals, new arrivals, top-selling products, trends, and promotions; welcome customers and build personal relationships; maintain a shoppable space through merchandising and merchandise processing; update signs and pricing; support merchandise moves; share loyalty program benefits; and work collaboratively to deliver individual and store results.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Help maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked, and shoppable fragrance sales floor.
- Prepare products and restock displays while supporting the sales team on the floor and behind the scenes.
- Review sales goals, new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions to engage, educate, and sell confidently.
- Welcome customers and create friendly, personal conversations and lasting customer relationships.
- Merchandise new receipts; process damages, testers, and selected merchandise for return to vendors; update signs and pricing; and support merchandise moves.
- Share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, thank customers, and assist with their packages.
- Collaborate honestly and supportively with colleagues to serve customers and communities.
- Work toward sales goals, take pride in the work, and learn from colleagues to contribute to individual and store results.
- Use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, to perform job functions and process transactions.
