About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to help create excellent guest experiences at a Santa photo set at Westfield Galleria at Roseville. The Team Lead supports the team, welcomes families, assists with photos, and helps keep daily operations running smoothly. The role brings warmth, energy, and leadership to shifts while helping create a joyful holiday experience for guests.

The position involves leading by example, performing opening and closing duties, supporting training or recruiting as needed, troubleshooting operational and technical issues, and helping photo operations run effectively. Team Leads take photos, assist guests with purchases, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and perform other assigned tasks. Photography experience is not required.

This is a seasonal role with scheduling flexibility, though availability during peak retail hours—including evenings, weekends, and holidays—is expected. The job requires standing for prolonged periods and lifting and carrying equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or Local Management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
