About The Position

Squishable is hiring a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to represent the brand and create a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience. The associate will learn Squishable products and use that knowledge to provide a high level of customer service and build relationships with customers. The role is seasonal, running from November 2026 through early January 2027, at the Westfield Galleria at Roseville.

Requirements

• Must have flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment.
• Ability to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform point-of-sale transactions efficiently and courteously during the holiday season.
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable in-store holiday shopping experience.
• Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain organized inventory and display merchandise according to brand visual guidelines.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods.
