About The Position

Seasonal Sales Associates promote the company’s culture, values, and mission by sharing their enthusiasm for fashion and creating an excellent shopping experience. The role involves connecting with customers, meeting sales goals, providing product knowledge and fashion advice, and supporting store operations. Associates work collaboratively and professionally while modeling the company’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing the selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge to maximize sales and address customer needs.
• Build customer relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Offer fashion advice that reflects customers’ personal styles.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
• Complete assigned tasks such as floor sets, filling the floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a great environment for customers and coworkers.
• Model the company’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
