About The Position

Seasonal Retail Sales Associates serve as Squishable ambassadors, learning the company’s products and providing a high level of customer service. They represent the brand in the store and help create memorable shopping experiences during the holiday season. The role is seasonal, running from November 2026 through early January 2027, at Westfield Galleria at Roseville. Pay is $16.90 per hour.

Requirements

• Flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail experience; experience in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform point-of-sale transactions efficiently and courteously during the holiday season.
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience.
• Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain organized inventory and display merchandise according to brand visual guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods.
