About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, provide personalized recommendations, and connect them with relevant products and services. Whether on the sales floor or in the fitting room, you use warmth, product knowledge, and personal attention to build trust, meet sales goals, and encourage customer loyalty. The role focuses on selling and customer experience, rather than simply cashiering, and also helps maintain a clean, organized, inviting shopping space. Colleagues prepare for each day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, best-selling items, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. During the day, they engage customers in friendly conversations, maintain a shoppable sales floor, and support merchandising and other store needs. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
