About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate to support its Santa photo set at The Avenues. The associate welcomes families, engages with children, captures holiday photos, and helps guests take home memorable souvenirs. The role combines guest service, sales, photography, and teamwork to keep the photo experience smooth, safe, and enjoyable. Photography experience is not required. The position is seasonal and requires availability during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to process sales transactions and handle cash comfortably.
• Maintain professional attire and good hygiene.
• Be available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Be flexible to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Deliver excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, welcoming and caring for families.
• Work as part of a team to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
