About The Position
Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate to help create enjoyable experiences on Santa photo sets. The role welcomes families, engages with children, takes photos, and helps guests obtain memorable holiday souvenirs. Associates provide warm, high-quality guest service and support a smooth photo experience from start to finish. Photography experience is not required. The position includes operating sales and photography equipment, maintaining a safe and clean work area, and collaborating with the team. The role requires availability for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, including peak retail hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as attendance at training meetings and completion of required courses.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfort greeting and working with families and children.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
- Professional attire and good hygiene.
- Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
- Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, helping every family feel welcomed and cared for.
- Work as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
- Interact with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers in a friendly, patient, and festive manner.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
- Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
