About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a seasonal Holiday Sales Associate to help create memorable Santa photo experiences for children and families at The Galleria. The associate welcomes and engages guests, takes photos, and supports a smooth, joyful experience while providing excellent guest service. Photography experience is not required. The role includes operating sales and photography equipment, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and working with the team during the holiday season. Employees may have opportunities to return for future holiday seasons or explore growth opportunities in the souvenir photography division, where available.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to process sales transactions and handle cash comfortably.
• Wear professional attire and maintain good hygiene.
• Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed.
• Be flexible to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience and help families feel welcome and cared for.
• Work as part of a team to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
