About The Position

As a Sales Associate/Photographer, you will help create positive experiences on Santa photo sets by welcoming families, engaging with children, and capturing holiday moments. You will provide guest service throughout the photo experience, help operations run smoothly, and contribute to a safe, clean, and festive environment. Photography experience is not required. The role is seasonal and offers opportunities to return for future holiday seasons or explore growth opportunities in the company’s souvenir photography division, where available.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to process sales transactions and handle cash comfortably.
• Maintain professional attire and good hygiene.
• Be available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Be flexible to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience and help families feel welcomed and cared for.
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Interact in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
