About The Position

As a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate/Photographer, you will help create positive experiences at Santa photo sets by welcoming families, engaging with children, taking photos, and providing memorable souvenirs. You will deliver friendly guest service and help ensure a smooth, joyful photo experience from start to finish. Photography experience is not required. The role involves using a POS system and photography equipment, supporting photo operations, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. Applicants must be available for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, including peak retail periods such as evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position is seasonal, with potential opportunities to return in future holiday seasons or explore growth opportunities in the souvenir photography division, where available.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to process sales transactions and handle cash comfortably.
• Maintain professional attire and good hygiene.
• Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.
• Be flexible to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience and help families feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as part of a team to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
