About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a seasonal Sales Associate/Photographer to help create enjoyable experiences at a Santa photo set at The Woodlands Mall. The role welcomes families, engages with children, takes photographs, and provides holiday souvenirs while delivering warm, attentive guest service. The associate supports smooth photo operations, uses point-of-sale and photography equipment, and helps maintain a safe, clean environment. Photography experience is not required. The position is seasonal, with opportunities to return for future holiday seasons and explore growth in the company’s souvenir photography division where available.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours a week or as needed.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, helping families feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as part of a team to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers in a friendly, patient, and festive manner.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
